AMC will be given only for non-consumable products not for the consumable products like Printer Ribbon, Printer Head, Printer Cartridge etc. All consumable products will be charged separately. Preventive Maintenance: When the product is in Annual Maintenance Contract, Microcare carries out preventive maintenance quarterly. So that the Microcare professionals will be visiting the product and monitoring the functionality of the product which avoids the breakdown in the functionality of that product. Breakdown: In Annual Maintenance Contract if any breakdown occurs in the functionality of the product, on informing the Microcare about the problem along with the product model no. through an Email or by phone , service will be provided with in one day of the report.
